Assistant Principal of Piper Prairie Elementary
Hello Piper!
As I enter my 25th year in education, I also begin my fifth year as an assistant principal with Piper School District. I started my administrative career at Piper East, before we opened Piper Creek. I’m excited to start this year at Piper Prairie.
I grew up in KCK, taught art at Quindaro Elementary, and Eisenhower Middle school for the first 14 years of my career. I also taught at David Brewer in LV, and Broken Arrow in SMSD before beginning my career in school administration. I’m a proud graduate of Fort Hays State University with two undergraduate degrees, and Baker University with my Master's degree in School Leadership.
My family and I live in Piper where my children have attended their entire time at school. My son, Aki is a senior and my daughter, Rosie is a 4th grader.
