School Hours

School Hours are 8:30am-3:40pm

Doors open at 8:15am

Arrival:

The doors to Piper Prairie Elementary School will open for students at 8:15am. If students must be dropped off before that, arrangements should be made with Y Care. Car riders are to be dropped off at the front entry utilizing both driveways. See map on our For Parents Page on our website. The tardy bell rings at 8:30am. 

Dismissal:

Elementary dismissal procedure starts at 3:40pm. Parents of car riders will pick up their children from the east loop (2nd Graders) and

west loop (Kindergarten & 1st Graders) drive. See map on the 'For Parents' page on our website.

Please stay in the line of the cars along the curb until your child is brought to you.  If your child’s name is displayed, it will help the process go faster.

Bus rider students will be dismissed from the gym.                                                                                                                                                                          

All transportation changes MUST be made by 2:30p.m. on the day of the change is requested to ensure that the teacher is notified in time & your child arrives home safely.
